Out of commitment to the children we are serving around the world, KAC seeks people of the highest character, who provide a needed expertise or skill set, while embracing the values of Kids Across Cultures. For some the skill set may be in the areas of medicine, construction, education or engineering. For others it may be nothing more than a contagious smile, a listening ear, or available hands that are willing to serve without notice.

It does, however, take more than just signing up and getting on a plane. We want you to be matched with the appropriate trip, educated and trained before going. This happens through an application and interview process that is followed by the completion of a pre-trip training. We also want to introduce you to your team leader and fellow team members whenever possible. We know the time and money you invest in a trip like this is valuable, and we want to maximize the impact you will have on young lives.
